Externally the Tuono intake velocity stacks are taller to favor mid range torque over high RPM power. As for suspension, the base RSVR got Ohlins forks as standard starting with the Euro 2006 model, which we call an '07 here in the states. Both the base RSVR and the Factory came with radial brake and clutch masters.
414 RSV4 frame allows the engine and swingarm to be repositioned, where Tuono's are fixed. I'm not sure if the steering head angles are the same, but you could look up the specs on that pretty easily.
